My initial appointment was cancelled virtually with no explanation. I tried again and scheduled an appointment online and I was offered a free consultation AFTER my appointment? I cancelled the appointment for the consult. My appointment was for laser facial tightening and hyperpigmentation and I got a welcome email about hair removal. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable as I was greeted with a smile which made me at peace. I’ve been treated several times for hyperpigmentation with enzyme and laser treatments at Aya Wellness. I like that I’m given direction and home care product recommendations to support the services I receive there. There were also follow up emails to see how my skin held up days after. 5 stars for professionalism and hospitality! Can’t wait to go back!
I LOVE how they educate you on how and why you should do things to get your desired results. Most have just prescribed products, but I had no idea what ingredients focused on which part of my issue. That has not been an issue with AYA! Will recommend them to any and everyone.
I visited the medspa not too long ago for the laser treatment on my face and my experience was great. I was pleased with the hospitality and professionalism. I left with great results and would recommend to anyone to get their treatment done at AYA.
