Where do I start….? Well my designer was great and did a great job. The company, I can only blame upper management. Delay after delay. Paid in September not completed until July!!! They sub-out the install and that’s an even bigger problem. I spent countless hours correcting the problems with the installation myself. You would think for close to $40k for cabinetry (no appliances or countertops) things would be done right. Definitely not the case. They would always pass the blame. The whole process was not easy. We bought a n Island back in October 2021 didnt get installed until April 2022. No one ever returned my phone calls and now that we have the island the countertop is not right it is coming up on both sides I can roll a marble down. It's been like pulling teeth trying to get this fixed and still no resolution found yet :s. They are definitely not easy dealing with. I do not recommend.
Design team was amazing, our clients always left feeling like their vision was captured. The process from design to install was smooth, communication was great and it was nice as a Project Manager to have a Project Manager there to work with. Helped keep the One-Stop shop running smoothing, from flooring, lighting and kitchen. 4th kitchen and more to come, job well done team! Bernie
Strongly advise you go to another kitchen company. Awful installation. Wrong cabinets. No one taking responsibility. Absolutely unprofessional.
