We had AY Realty/AY Rents/Flat R8 Rentals for our property manager. Andy Shinn was who we contracted with. Long story boring, I would NEVER recommend this company. Andy and his crews' mismanagement cost us thousands of dollars. Run the other way.

Do NOT, under any circumstances, use this property management company for your house. I gave them a year and a half, hoping it was just bad luck and they would normally do better. No, it's not just bad luck. They are abysmal at basic communication. I still have never seen the lease (which, you know, I should have had to sign...) for the tenant who has been there for 4 months. Andy and his team are the best! They go out of their ways to help you find good tenants and keep you up to date on the status of your property. I would highly recommend AY Realty for professional property management.
Andy is great at what he does! He is extremely knowledgeable about property management and has been available to meet with, discuss and share his thoughts with me and anyone that I have recommended to him about his business.
