I will never go here. The owner/doctor's daughter is the office manager and she used racial slurs.
At this point I would absolutely NOT recommend this company!! I began this process in Nov 2025 with high hopes after referrals from fellow veterans who had great success with Axxess. By Jan 2026 I was fully paid up and then I started getting ghosted - no one answered the phone for several weeks, no one returned repeated voicemails and emails. From one veteran to another, just stay away. Save your money, do the research yourself and put together your own packet. If you need professional help please see a free VSO or accredited company.
The Veteran Services are the best I’ve seen! I originally started at 30%, with AxxessMed I got awarded a combined increase to 70%. Because they never stopped, or gave up on me. I’m now at 100% P & T! They will continue to fight, for you, until everything is accepted that you need. Stay strong and stay in the fight!
