Caryn is very positive and always takes the time to listen to patients and discuss treatment options using terms the patient can understand. After an appointment with Caryn, you honestly feel like your health care is in good hands!
10 plus stars for this PA...Always pleasant and cares about your concerns and how you are doing. Very thorough and on top of tests and meds. Staff is efficient and helpful as well.
Caryn is my Guardian Angel. I went in barely able to walk and left feeling better. She treats the patient; because of her, we have diagnosed what is wrong. It isn't simple low back pain. She follows her instincts and medical knowledge and listens to the patient. It's a partnership in treatment. The only requirement is you have to be actively involved and follow her advise. Although the office is understaffed, the quality of service provided by the existing staff is amazing given the number of patients and the care they provide to insure the best possible outcome for each patient. As a way of handling the volume of calls they get, the office staff does make GREAT use of the patient portal messaging system. I cannot repeat enough that this is one of the BEST medical offices I've dealt with. Both the doctor, PA, and office staff truly care about how we patients are doing. THEY LISTEN and reply and LISTEN and EXPLAIN whatever we need. Thanks to them my pain is under control for the first time since my surgery in March 2018.
