Great team and great experience over all. I highly recommend their operations and for anyone looking to purchase equipment from them. Their sale and support team with Tony, Ben and Marcus is great. They are prompt and very helpful and have solved our challenges every time. We purchased the Versa 5X400 milling machine and we love it. We have owned Roland, Ceramill, K5, and Zirkahnzahn M4 milling machines in the past and we find the Versa 4X500 to be a faster machine than all of them at the same quality.
Initially I wasn’t impressed by the service. Actually perturbed to be honest. Then I believe key changes occurred as now they are very reliable and quick to respond. Excellent service would recommend.
Terrible service and response times. Minimum 10 weeks wait before I can get a tech to arrive on site.
JK, SS, and AM talk behind each others backs all the time. AM bashes on his family a lot, even his own wife. Very unprofessional for coworkers.
