While i waited for my inspection today almost everyone that came in today was greeted by name and the few that were not were called Mame or Sir . I was made to feel part of the family in an industry where we are often just a number. I found the front staff very friendly and the mechanics equally as warming . I had ALL of my car repairs & maintenance done there when I lived in Richmond for 3 years. GREAT people! Honest & dependable! I had them do one last "work over" on my 2003 Camry before I left & haven't had one repair done since in three years. THANKS GUYS!
