After calling multiple places in the area that told me my not so big job was to big of a job for them to take on, I called axel Inc. They got my a appt an hour later! 4 new leaf springs on my travel trailer and fixed in 2 hours! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable people! I would highly recommend this place! Reasonable prices too.
Saved the day! We were headed home from Sturgis South Dakota and had a leaf spring break and needed an emergency fix. We woke up the next day and Susan was able to help us figure out what we needed and got us in right away at 8:30am. James the tech, was quick, thorough and even showed us as he fixed it. Took him about 45 minutes and we were back on the road.
Amazing people! They snuck us in with blown leaf spring in my fifth wheel camper! Not only did they get the job done quick and efficiently that gave good pricing and wonderful customer service! If I could rate it a 10/5 I would! Thanks too James the tech and Susan the wonderful lady in the office!
After an initial mix up & some confusion on a custom axle order, Axle Inc. replaced the axle that was initially shipped to me. I appreciate their service and commitment to “making it right”. The axle was made by Dexter axle and is a robust axle for sure. The Axle Inc. price was lower than the price of a standard axle that was very similar to the dimensions I needed for my trailer.
