I recently had my axle changed on my nucamp teardrop trailer at axle inc. they went above and beyond to accommodate me. As busy as they are, they got me in and had my axle replaced quickly. I only lost a couple weeks on the road. Thank you to the wonderful staff for all your help with my camper. And a great price too!
If I could rate the customer service at this place any higher...I certainly would!! We were heading home from a week long trip from Lake Erie with my boat in tow on a Friday afternoon. While in the Elkhart area my axel broke right in the middle causing both wheels to tip in and burn through both plastic fenders, grooving both tires to the radial cords and partially into the aluminum boat before I noticed all the smoke.
