I am writing this review to advise people to be aware and not to trust this company or the agent. This company is unethical and unreliable. I am the president of a condo association. We had our insurance all polices with agent, Manuel Caballero-Morlesin. The first issue we had was not providing the certificates of insurance in a timely matter to the owners of the units. The service is the worst I have ever experience and an unethical company. I am the president of a 24 unit Condominium. We had all the condo's policies for the building with agent, Manuel Caballero-Morlesin. The first issue we had was not providing the certificates of insurance in a timely matter to the owners of the units.
