Very unprofessional clinic. Even if you arrive on time for your appointment, you end up waiting far too long in the lobby before being called in. Once inside, there is another long wait just to see the doctor. The whole process feels poorly managed and disrespectful of patients’ time. They really need to improve their scheduling and professionalism.

I saw Dr. Nardos on 05/05 due to a fever that had persisted for five days. My urine test showed protein and my liver enzymes were elevated. I was not given access to any online portal or written results — only a verbal summary. Dr. Nardos told me to stop drinking alcohol (though I don’t drink excessively) and to follow up in a month. It is a good clinic good doctor’s and good nurses. The issue i had was I need prior authorization letter from the nurses to write to my …. and one of the nurses “Shugri” bless her she is one of a kind completed the authorization letter to where it supposed to be faxed. Couple of days latter they needed more information from the clinic or the doctors office the nurse was on leave who completed this work but there was a male nurse his name is “Xasan” lord very incompetent nurse won’t even let you finish talking. If there is Zero Star I gonna give them. No good service, just waist your time and they are trying to push you more to get another and another appointment that you never need it.
