I showed up, and nobody was even there. Just a handwritten sign with a phone number "Out in the field, call for an appointment". This was at 3:30 pm. So I would suggest you do what I'm going to do and go somewhere else.
These people have no idea what they are doing and do not care to actually be of any help. I came to them for my live scan finger printing for a county badge and they didn't send my prints to the FBI, even though I paid for the FBI portion. When I confronted them about it, they claimed it was my fault and that I was giving them attitude. And they tried to charge me more for them to do it again, which I found to be completely ASININE.
