Every single interaction I’ve had with them shows how little they care about their patients. It’s almost impossible to make an appointment (I talked to someone seemingly in a call center who couldn’t understand me half the time and then someone else had to call me back). My first scheduled appointment was cancelled via an automated message. I called to reschedule and left a message. The message says they’ll call me back within 24 hours. I found Axis to be peaceful and supportive. I felt comfortable and at ease right away. I saw Elinor O'Buckley, she really listened to my struggles and was very empathetic, I knew she understood. Very thankful I found her, and feel confident I will be getting the help I need!
Cant say enough good things about Heather Markham. I've gone through a tremendous amount of loss in recent months. She has help keep me on the rails of life and moving in the proper direction. I would highly recommend her as well as axis any day.
I thought nothing would ever cure my depression. Axis proved me wrong and it's a gamechanger. I'm fortunate I finally found treatment that works.
I have been in TMS treatment and all the staff is very kind and accommodating! Would recommend them to all for positive changes in their life!
