I had a set financial counseling time arranged. I was sent multiple reminders and confirmations- text and email. I called the listed number at my appointment time and it directed me only to a call center that seemed to have NO idea what I was asking for or who I was needing to speak with. They transferred me two separate times to voice mails. No one ever called back. Very discouraging when you are trying to find a supportive group for mental health care that works with your insurance benefits.

I have been in TMS treatment and all the staff is very kind and accommodating! Would recommend them to all for positive changes in their life! Now having Spravato treatment and 10 stars Axis Staff is caring and attentive, and always answers questions I have! I’m excited for this treatment

Every single interaction I’ve had with them shows how little they care about their patients. It’s almost impossible to make an appointment (I talked to someone seemingly in a call center who couldn’t understand me half the time and then someone else had to call me back). My first scheduled appointment was cancelled via an automated message. I called to reschedule and left a message. The message says they’ll call me back within 24 hours. Cant say enough good things about Heather Markham. I've gone through a tremendous amount of loss in recent months. She has help keep me on the rails of life and moving in the proper direction. I would highly recommend her as well as axis any day.
