I was so impressed with her. She really listened and expressed genuine concern. She was very careful to make sure she understood my issues and worked quickly to find an avenue to help me. It was the best experience I’ve had with a health care profession in some time. I finally felt heard .
Today I met my mental health provider Elinor. She took time to ask me really reflective questions on a number of aspects of my life. I felt totally supported and pleased with my session with Elinor. I highly recommend her as a mental health professional.
I am getting the exact help I am asking for. It is nice to know people are in your corner and respecting the level of care you need. Axis is working with me to take the leave I need to take for my mental health. They are not pushing and make my treatment easy and affordable.
Michelle is awesome, makes me feel so comfortable talking to her, she is very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone
EDIT: Dr Jamie Teunis is an absolutely amazing Dr. She is kind, caring and compassionate, while still maintaining a professional level of care. She has been quick to answer any questions (and if not her, her MA). I would highly recommend Axis for medication management and mental health care, but definitely avoid seeing Dr Vickie Grossman if you can.
