I was a patient at Pagosa Medical Clinic for years and very happy. The merger with Axis has not been a good experience at all.
Axis Sucks! The response time on the portal is over 2 weeks. Prescriptions are not filled - over 2 weeks. It took ages to get a physical appointment. There is NOTHING to recommend about this organization. I appreciate the response but the language must have been someone's idea of what would sell from corporate headquaters: Here are my specific recommendations: 1. Bloodwork done in house should be posted to the patient's portal within 3 days. Reviewed by doctor withing 5 days. 2. RX should be called in within 3 days of reques... read more
Summer is an amazing dentist, and the entire Axis Health team is consistently friendly and welcoming. I always leave feeling well taken care of after my check-ups and dental visits. Heidi has been working with my daughter, and they’ve really connected. It’s so comforting to see her in such good hands. I’m grateful to have trustworthy, caring providers here in Pagosa.
I've been going here since 2022. Two of the providers that I saw quit with no notice was sent to me. I had a delay in getting prescriptions refilled as a result the first time this happened as my messages were going to somebody that didn't work there anymore. This week I had an appointment for a physical. I called to double-check and they told me that the provider I had a appointment with resigned a few weeks ago. Ever since the major change in staffing and construction, this place has been a continual disappointment as an existing client. I have slipped through the cracks including missing refills due to poor communication from pharmacy, I have not been able to access behavioral health care in a timely manner, and have not being able to book with my PCP for every day things in a timely manner. I will be leaving for good. I hope Axis can get this office in order because it failed this patient of 3 years.
