I can’t say enough about Stephanie as the receptionist at Axis Health( Urgent care) -she was very kind, caring and a good listener even though she knew I was 77. I gave her my concern she listened and kindly asked because it was a medical necessary IV hydration therapy that I come in after 2pm and that Mondays were very busy. I would give her a 10 for dealing with Seniors as well as up front calls. Unfortunately I can’t say that after I arrived. I am 73 yrs.old and have never had a dentist as efficient and as cordial as Summer Damico and her wonderfull staff. I highly recommend Pagosa Spring's Axis Health System for your Dental needs.

The portal is awful - the billing is a nightmare. Be forewarned - you go here you will have a portal that will never be used on their end except to tell you you owe x amount. You use their portal to message and ask what is this for? No response. You call and leave a message and nobody calls you back. You email and nobody ever gets back to you. You go to their office and they tell you to call. They also never email to tell you to use their portal. The two stars are for the hardworking staff.

Operation hours on google say 7am-6pm, arrived here on a Friday at 5pm and they were closed. Checked out the website and it advertises their business hours to be from 6am-7pm seven days a week.

I was a patient at Pagosa Medical Clinic for years and very happy. The merger with Axis has not been a good experience at all.
