RecommendedChroma is, by far the best apartment community we’ve ever stayed in. The management, maintenance crew and staff are very friendly and try to accommodate as much as possible. In my 18 years of renting, this staff is the absolute best. I can’t say enough about them! Any complex will have its quirks and shortcomings but overall, I’d still say this place is awesome to live in. Thank you for a great experience and we will miss you all when we buy our house!
RecommendedGreat community to live in. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are great and well maintained. Common areas such as corridors and stairways should be cleaner. Otherwise I'm happy with Chroma.

Best place to live in the medical center area since day 1!
Love it here. I do cleaning services for the residents here. I clean alot of different apartment in the area and they are by far the best place I have been. The office staff is super friendly and the living conditions are amazing. Their gym and car washing area is awesome. Lol I am all over that place trust me you want to live there. I'm thinking of making a move.
