Horrible place
they never answer their phones. i have spent over an hour today calling them. once your past the menu the avarage time before your hung up on is 3 minutes. immagine just how many times you have to call and still no one answers? it just makes an already stressfull activity worse. get more people to answer calls or turn off the auto hangup.
The Doctor completely skipped our appointment. They only offer phone call/ video call appointments for feedback after the initial evaluation. Received no call, email, or anything to cancel or reschedule. Doctor was just no show and we were left in the dark. The first appointment in person for the evaluation was supposed to be 2 hours long, we were only seen for 40 mins. I’ve been calling this whole week and leaving voicemails every day.
