When I first came here, I was already told by PCH (Phoenix Children's Hospital) that my son was not autistic. Then came the rejection of treatment for him at the age of 10. When I found out about Axis for Autism, I hurried to schedule with a provider who was able to give me a full list of what my son needed, and with her diagnosis, I was able to branch out and start researching different services like speech and ABA therapy. Look somewhere else for adult referrals or evaluations. I've spent about a month just trying to schedule and have been told my referrals aren't good enough and then repeatedly sent to a voicemail. When requesting a call back, they text you instead of calling and refer you back to the same voicemail.

After my daughters evaluation I was scheduled for two over the phone appointments, first with a specialist then a couple days later with a scocial worker. The specialist missed the first appointment that I've already waited a whole month for and rescheduled for NEXT MONTH! so here I am waiting for this appointment that she yet again missed! Very unprofessional

My son had a terrible experience here, the second day my son went in to ABA he got serious ill, I kept him home for the next week and a half until he was better ofc, turned out he had COVID, I'm sure no one informed parents either that their was COVID in the building, when I called the line and spoke to someone about a sick policy I was told there wasn't one, and to just keep him home till symptom were clear, I then took him back the same kids that were sick before we're still sick with runny noses and a terrible cough.. the... read more

I’m really disappointed in their services. I’ve called both the Tucson and Glendale office to get my daughter started with ABA. I continue to get NO follow up from the staff after leaving several messages directly with office staff and on voicemail. Especially because I have continued to express my hardship in getting her the service she needs. It’s just all very sad for my daughter.
