I went to Axis Fitness + Training in Hampstead for a while, but I ultimately stopped going due to a few concerns. Overall, I did like parts of the experience. The coaches were friendly and supportive, and the group classes had good energy and helped me stay consistent when I was attending regularly. They suck you into a contract with them then keep charging you after. Also, they don’t have any good ab machines. Because of their staffs negligence they kept charging us again & again after the contract. Then refused a refund when they gave incorrect information saying we’d be good. Tried to reason with them after, that their staff may be mis-trained or just forgot but they were very clear they weren’t going to be making it right & they’d be keeping the money.

Jacob and Allison have been great helping me figure out my goals and being extra patient with me! Love this gym!
