I've lived at Parc for almost a year now, and I couldn't be happier. So, so much better than living on campus, plus the amenities and staff are great! I've never had a single issue.
Living at Parc at 720 has been perfect for my college life, just moments from the front gate of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and my newly renovated, fully furnished apartment gives me a private bedroom and bathroom that make sharing a place with roommates so much easier. Avoid this place if you’re a college student looking for actual student housing. Despite how it’s marketed, this is not student housing in practice it’s just cheap rent that attracts anyone, regardless of their situation. I was the only one actually in college. Not exactly the environment you’d expect from “student housing.” On top of that, one roommate let his homeless girlfriend move in.
