Possibly the worst first time renting experience. Every appliance in my apartment has broken, they come to “fix it” and it breaks a week later. Over the summer I went a whole week during the hottest days with no AC (my apartment got up to 83°). I repeatedly went up and complained and placed 3 maintenance requests. Always adding random fees into rent payments, Pool is always closed, never answer when calling their office phone
Not a good place to live at all. The apartment itself is cute but has mold. The day before move in I heard of the mold and asked to see my unit. They refused and claimed they have had no reports of mold. After talking to current residents, it was obvious they lied. Multiple different buildings have mold and some kids are even getting pneumonia and getting moved into different units. Parc at 720 apartments are very nice and very convenient. I enjoy the 24/7 gym and business center to get homework done. As an SIUE student I love how close it is to campus. I definitely would recommend!
