DO NOT LIVE HERE. My roomates and I haven't been able to cook for about 2 weeks because our oven doesn't work still, and the main doors to our building do not let anybody in. The only choice you have is to rip the door open, which is a huge safety hazard as anybody can get in the building that way. They only have 2 people doing maintenance for several hundred renters. Pathetic for the price.

Living here was a nightmare. While I was away for a week, Parc moved me out of my apartment with no reason OR NOTIFICATION. I had paid rent; I did not inform the office of an early move-out, and they still moved me out of my unit a week before my lease ended, therefore STEALING my stuff. On top of this, when I contacted the office manager to ask for my belongings back- the ones stolen from my apartment- they said they had most likely thrown them away and ended the conversation there. Pros - Affordable rent, although rates have increased over time. - Very close to campus, which is convenient for students. - Bus transportation available, which is helpful if you don't have a car. Cons - VERY loud. The walls are extremely thin, and noise travels easily between rooms/apartments and through the hallways. If you're sensitive to noise or need a quiet environment to study or sleep, this may not be the best place for you. - Your roommate experience can be a gamble. I've lived at Parc for almost a year now, and I couldn't be happier. So, so much better than living on campus, plus the amenities and staff are great! I've never had a single issue.
