Parc at 720 apartments are very nice and very convenient. I enjoy the 24/7 gym and business center to get homework done. As an SIUE student I love how close it is to campus. I definitely would recommend!
The idea of moving into a new place is very stressful, however everything was always organized when it came to moving date. It is also a very easy and smooth process, the staff is also very nice and helpful. I been living here for about 3 months now and I always called with so many questions and they always didn't mind answering them for me.
Do you want a genuine review of this place? I have lived here for 3 consecutive years. Do Yourself a Favor and Avoid Parc at 720 Btw they hand out 10$ Amazon gift cards to give a 5 star review. Living here was a complete nightmare. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared so others don’t go through what I did. After moving out, my roomate and I were charged $1,100 for things like a $200 spring in a door and 100$ a mark on the wall from a bed frame — things any reasonable property manager would consid... read more
