currently locked out of my bedroom. i placed a maintenance request earlier in the day around 4pm as my key did not work for the bedroom. i mever recieved any contact back and can not enter my room where my medications are.

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. In the middle of signing the lease within one day…raised the rent $50. Even tho we were told by multiple people we were good to go. We were told on Sunday everything would be ready on Monday and that’s when the price increase happened but Tuesday is when they had everything “ready” . Great place to live and great staff. Close to SIUE campus and very student friendly. Love the 24 hour access to the fitness center and clubhouse with the study rooms.
I can’t wait until my lease is up! I’m locked out of my room they claim they have an after hours number for lockout and maintenance and the number doesn’t work!!! Don’t stay here!
