The therapy I have received from the direct therapist has been a positive experience. However, as a person living with a physically accessible need (full time wheelchair user) this clinic and the engagement with the administration team has been very challenging. I have been attending this clinic in person since December 2025. The access to the clinic is not safely accessible. A safe and welcoming place. Very helpful and knowledgeable especially with regard to advocating, reports, forms, applications and document submissions. Recommended.
A care plan was sent to this clinic, nobody has responded and it has been over a month since.
Dr. Zahra Izadikhah is an amazing psychologist. She truly listens, understands, and creates a safe space to talk about anything. I always feel heard and supported after every session. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking genuine care and guidance.
i’ve been seeing megan chadwick since around february, the best psychologist i could ask for. I have been through many other psychologists and she makes it a very safe space and makes me feel very comfortable!
