When is it the service department and explain the situation that because of the cold my battery keeps dying when I brought the issue to them they're telling me that I have to pay a possibility for $350 because they need to do a Diagnostics on my truck why is that why do I have to pay that much when I just got the battery replaced in April and it only happens when it's cold my truck won't start I think that's unfair to potentially try to upsell a cell instead of just checking my battery to tell me what's wrong if you test it ... read more
I was helped by 2 wonderful ladies - Dominique and Dana. They explained everything so well and left me in such a wonderful mood with my car working so perfectly taken care of. Thank you so much ladies. Breath of fresh air dealing with this establishment.
Avoid if you want good and timely service. Tried to up charge me on multiple services claiming it was required for my car (when I pointed out that was done during its last service back in July) they then claimed it was maintenance work and not covered under their 1 year warranty for all repairs. Took over a day and half to do a simple oil change. Tech was late the following day when I went to pick up. Not worth anyone’s time, used to be better with different management.
I had brought my vehicle into service and let me tell you what an amazing job the whole service team has provided, especially Winston. Very impressed and will bring all my vehicles here for service from now on! Thank you Axis Chevrolet!
