Our organization has had a terrific experience with Axis Business Technologies since we moved our printer/copier lease and maintenance contract to them in September 2024. Their products (Konica Minolta) have been very good, service has been excellent, and they've friendly, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented since day one. Axis takes excellent care of us. Alan and the Axis team put customers first and are always there when we have issues or questions. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! We recently had new printers and a new copier installed throughout our office. Installation of the new printers and a color copier went very smoothly, with very few problems. We had new machines delivered and installed toward the end of our day on Friday, and on Monday, everything was up and running. Very smooth, easy process for us.
