Our company Jan-Pro has been using Axis for years now. If there's an issue, or just for routine maintenance, they are always quick to respond. Their field engineer Marty Martinez works with our office administrator to make sure things are clearly explained, and we know anything going on with our machines.
I received exceptional customer service this morning. Our printer’s waste toner cartridge was full, and we realized we had the wrong replacement cartridges on hand. We are in the middle of a large print job and urgently needed the printer to stay operational. The representative I spoke with was extremely kind and assured me he would make sure we received the correct cartridges as quickly as possible. They were delivered within the hour! I’ve never experienced service that prompt and efficient. Thank you Axis!
