Warning about positive reviews! Management company is giving discounts for positive reviews trying to fix their terrible image.No thanks, I don't want a possible $300 dollars off my rent. Please fix my Garbage Disposal. It's been two weeks. I've notify them 4 times now. I have to write a review to get anywhere with this management team. Since the new owners have taken over, there has been vast improvements! They have updated, put washer/dryers in units, brightened the interior paint, are in the process of painting the exterior, and the office staff are all so very nice and friendly. I know with the current market prices have risen dramatically, but at least I feel I am getting something for my money with all the updates. Now, if only more residents would have pride in their residents/area it would be awesome!
Axis at nine mile station is an amazing apartment complex. The new company owners are doing a great job bringing out the beauty of the property. I highly recommend checking out this apartment complex if you are apartment hunting!
