I have lived here for almost a year and a half the staff is great. Good prices on nice apartments. Everywhere else seems to be more on the expensive side and not as nice.
This place is awesome but it can can be better
Gate open 24/7.Homeless people hang around complex and steal parcels,sleeping on steps.Office and security company doing nothing at all.Place not safe to live.
I only did 1 star because you have too! Worst place ever i was trying to get in there. Gave them my money order for applications and hold on a unit. Anyway i didnt get in so i get the 200 back right. After a month of not getting it all of a sudden we never git a money order from you ummm okay well thats not true. I want my money anyways they cant find it but it’s never been cashed the manager says that is very rude. Nit sure her name. The whole point they stole from me and are very rude and not willing to help.
Let’s talk about how I’ve mentioned MULTIPLE times that my unit is pretty much infested with ants! It doesn’t matter how clean my unit is, how many times I even try to spray ant repellent it gets worse and worse, to the point where they’ll get in my shower, behind the fridge, and even on my bed!! There can be no food, crumbs, anything!! MANAGEMENT still hasn’t sent anyone and disregarded it multiple times I’ve put in online requests and mentioned it in person.
