Christopher was super friendly and definitely went out of their way to make sure my apartment tour was enjoyable! Apartments appear clean and well kept!
I had a very disappointing experience with this place. The application process was overly complicated, requiring an excessive amount of documents, and I waited over four months while they kept requesting more. It seemed like they were unorganized and unprofessional throughout. Additionally, there appears to be a concerning pattern of not facilitating applications for people of color, with the only immigrants seemingly being from Eastern Europe. The apartment where I’m currently staying is modern and well-maintained, with a spacious layout and lots of natural light. The management has been responsive whenever I've had any issues. My only minor complaint is that sometimes I can hear my neighbors. However, it's generally pretty quiet, and the community feels safe and friendly.
