The apartment is well maintained. The area is always cleaned and the stairs are washed. They respond quickly to requests for maintenance. The administration is polite and always helpful. I like the price and the schools have a good rating. What I don't like is that the gates don't close. Because of this, homeless people climb around the area and litter, shout. Residents ignore the rules: they smoke marijuana, children run in front of cars, drivers drive late at night with loud music.
They do not care about their tenants or their applicants. They only care about money. They will do everything in their power to completely inconvenience you. Would not even recommend applying.
Applying for an apartment here was pretty fast and smooth, thanks to their amazing staff. He was incredibly welcoming and answered all my questions with great enthusiasm and detail. After settling in, I encountered some issues with the new apartment. I contacted the office, and the manager was not only attentive but also sent the maintenance staff to my unit within 25 minutes. They promptly addressed all my concerns.
You can’t beat their prices, especially for the location!!
It was love at first sight when I saw the unit where I’m living now. It is modern and spacious, with lots of natural light. The amenities are excellent, particularly the gym and pool. Management is responsive and friendly. They’re just a call away when I have any concerns or if I have maintenance issues. Parking can be a bit tricky sometimes, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to the amazing benefits.
