I live in Axis 2300 Apartments. Whenever something in my home gets old, worn out, or has mechanical problems, technician Felix always fixes it quickly and reliably. He is very skilled, trustworthy, and always finds the right solution. We are extremely satisfied because Felix solves all our problems in no time and with great professionalism. He is not only efficient but also very friendly and attentive. We are lucky to have such a dedicated technician in our building.
I am currently a resident at Axis 2300. The staff are very friendly and treat you as family and willing to go the extra mile to help you. For instance, I needed assistance in moving a big object that required two people, Felix was able to take time from his busy schedule to assist me with this object, but also not just helping me, we spoke about other things and shows having a meaningful conversation goes a long way.
As a resident here for 7 years, I am extremely disappointed with the conditions and lack of management. The elevators break down constantly, pests such as spiders and cockroaches are common, and the parking area frequently smells of urine. False fire alarms go off in the middle of the night, sometimes at 4 a.m., disturbing everyone. There is no maintenance team or emergency response staff - only an automated phone system that offers no real help. It truly feels as though this property has no management oversight at all.
I’ve been stuck here for 6 years and honestly can’t wait to move out. Worst management company ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. Elevators are always out of service, there are spiders and roaches all over, and the parking lot smells like a bathroom. To top it off, the fire alarm randomly blares at 4 a.m. like it’s normal. No maintenance crew, no emergency staff—just some useless automated number that goes nowhere. Feels like nobody is actually in charge of this place.
I’ve had a great experience living in this complex. Veronica is very helpful and understanding! The maintenance team is always responsive, and I especially want to mention Joel he’s wonderful. He’s quick to address any issues, polite, and very respectful. It makes a big difference knowing that when something comes up, it’s handled efficiently and professionally.
