This review is in regards to my stay at Axiom Westwood through Premier Student Housing. My experience in this apartment has not been satisfactory. The unit was advertised to include cable and a shuttle service. However, after moving in, I was informed cable was no longer included. My review is actually for the kelton location (still axiom) but I had a great senior year here. I lived on the first floor we had a huge balcony. I lived in the triple, we had five of us total. It felt spacious, we had many good times there. What I really appreciate is how Premier gave me a good recommendation for my new apartment I moved downtown since I graduated and I appreciated their quick response when the manager reached out to them. I had no complaints during my stay.

I leased from Premier and had a pretty good experience. I actually was shown my apartment from Barbara who wrote a review below (not sure why she posted a bad review about where she works or used to work) but anyways here was my experience: I lived in a two bedroom triple, it was very spacious we had enough space to fit desk and all our items. The wifi included was great my roommate literally sat on fortnite 24/7 and I was still able to get my work done online. I never used the pool. Maintenance was fast. What I really appre... read more

I am really happy with the service here . Maintenance was so fast and really nice. We got maid service included which was great and the furniture made it so convenient I just feel like we got alot for what we spent I used to live some place else that had no furniture, no pool, only a roof top spa, and you simply get more here for your money. We also have wifi and our apartment is very modern. The onsite management has also been really great everytime we need something they get on it quick

We lived at gayley as students at ucla and we had an amazing experience! The leasing office was always helpful as was premier and the staff was always prompt and effecient. The maintenance is really nice and helped us quickly resolve our problems. The apartments are super modern and we felt very comfortable here. My only complaint is the parking price but other then that I was happy!
