It's a great place to live at and the community/other resident's are kind. Very quiet especially within each apartment and the staff has been prompt and wonderful thus far. The apartment was very clean when entered.

The staff is always friendly. They don't make you feel like your interrupting them. Maintenance is always around. They maintain the property looking good.

This is a nice place to live in, Inside community facilities are good. In-unit has all the necessary items that a family needs. Well maintained community The leasing office executives are careless and don't care about customers. They just want to trap a customer.

Pros: One of the more affordable apartments in OC that include a washer/dryer and refrigerator/microwave/dishwasher. Leasing office is friendly and helpful. Units themselves are nice and I really like the wood laminate flooring. Several pools throughout the complex to use. There are a lot of places to shop and eat close by. Easy access to 5 freeway.
