If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would. STEER CLEAR!!!! Everyone I have ever known who has lived here, myself included, has been scammed. Here I am 8 months out of my lease, I REPEAT 8 MONTHS, since I have lived at this complex and I am sent an e-mail stating that I owe nearly $600. I was not sent an itemized invoice as CALIFORNIA LAW requires. I was only sent a screenshot of a PARTIAL itemized invoice after I called (multiple times) demanding to see it. Great place to live! Friendly management staff. Especially Krystal!! She’s our favorite!!!Very quick and effective maintenance crew!! We highly recommend this place!
The worst community and management ever. if you like a headache go there. If you like your family and your safety and your healthiness never go there. They do not care about the resident. For example, you will lose your water when you are taking a shower. I prefer to live in the street instead of living in this unpleasant apartments

Navid Ea, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, the main water line break and shut off at 10pm on 1/21 was an unexpected event and the maintenance did respond and restore the water service as soon as the repair was complete. I'm sorry for the inconvenience the Axiom Tustin team does care about the health and safety of our residents.
RecommendedI really like living here! The prices are good considering you get a washer and dryer in unit (think about the money saved!). My fav part is how pet friendly the place is. So many side walks for dogs, baggie/poop stations all around and safe to walk at night. This place is also well kept. The leasing office is very friendly. I would recommend this place for sure!

I moved out of the complex in November of 2017 and started communicating with then 7/2018 no manager has responded it takes two or three emails from me to get a response. Next steps will follow as I provided proof a letter from them sent to my current address as I have not seen my deposit returned it will be a year very soon!!!!
