Save yourself some time and money. Constant water shutoff, cars get break into constantly, rude staff and manager, dirty and unkept premise, tiny parking spots, mold in apartments, the list goes on and on. Just don’t!
The apartments themselves are fairly decent, but over priced. I've only been living here less than 2 months, but attempting to communicate with management and people in the office has been extremely difficult and has wasted a lot of my time. My roommate and I have wasted our time on countless emails, maintenance requests, phone calls, visits to the office, and all for either a total lack of response or useless feedback.
