Everyone that came to the house was helping and polite. Chris my therapist could answer every question I asked. Was very pleased with my experience with them. Thank you.
Axiom Home Care has incredible employees. Not only are they skilled at what they do, but they are caring and compassionate and they make sure you have everything you need. Nurses Deanna and Chantal and Physical Therapist Vasu were exceptional at getting me better, and yet it always felt like they were friends visiting me. I would never use any other Home Care company.
Unfortunately… my experience has not been the 5 star that the reviews claim. I had a hip Replacement surgery and was seen by the RN day after I was home which was nice but the OT called to schedule first appointment 10 days after I was home, what’s the point? PT never called to schedule and just put me down with no notification or call saying when they were coming.
