This spa takes pride in their services to Miss Nevada United States organization, but as a former titleholder I strongly disagree. Worst customer service ever. The receptionist has no idea what she's doing. Blames it on being to early in the day. Has no knowledge of any pricing. Refers customers to just go on line and look them selves. Why bother go here when you'll do the work your self.
Seriously unprofessional. I had an appointment made before a trip and when she called to tell me that she wouldn't be working at the time of my appointment and that she was already booked for other times that day, it was too late to get another appointment before my trip!
