The service was absolutely horrific. Jack was incredibly rude. I specifically mentioned in text that I would come in to discuss options about selling my car, only selling, upon arrival I had to wait 30 minutes for the mechanic to check my car. Jack approached me asking what car I want to buy. I made it clear several times that I wasn't currently looking to buy a car and if I was it would be after taking care of my current vehicle. I went in for the first time buying myself a truck. I needed a 4 wheel drive. The salesman talked me into a chevy and said it had 4 wheel drive. I also asked them for a warranty. Noy only was the truck not 4 wheel, they charged me for the price if a 4 wheel. A month later the thermostat went out. I took it in and was told i didn't get a warranty . Update: they came through in the end, even doing some work for free, which was nice! So in the end, things worked out. But it was still a painful and stressful experience for 6 weeks. Original review: It's been 4 weeks and they still can't get me a second key fob, after almost daily promises that it would happen that same day. Delay after delay, run around after run around.
