Richard is very Rude unprofessional and unpredictable. Threatened me multiple times with liquidation of my locker as my credit card had expired and instead of contacting me on the phone sent TXT messages that appeared as scam messages askiyfor credit card information. I would strongly advise against using this facility.

I have rented several storage units at this location. Would highly recommend. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. I can visit the location at any time without worrying about codes or gates blocking me in. Just make sure you buy a good lock and you shouldn’t have any problems!

Tried calling. The guy on the phone answered “who is this” uh a potential customer? He was extremely rude and super unhelpful. Almost like he doesn’t care about adding business. Take a course on professional conduct. Edit: I called from my cell phone not my computer? I don’t believe I’ll be sharing my business with you :)
