This site was AWESOME. It seems every time I go there it gets worse. The bathroom is filthy. MAKE SURE YOU BRING your own toilet paper and paper towel. You ask for a water they use to be ICE COLD. now they are room temperature. Never mind trying to call in . It goes to voicemail. Good luck with a return call. Where Chantal? She was fantastic as well as the lady with the English accent.

Richard is very Rude unprofessional and unpredictable. Threatened me multiple times with liquidation of my locker as my credit card had expired and instead of contacting me on the phone sent TXT messages that appeared as scam messages askiyfor credit card information. I would strongly advise against using this facility.

I have rented several storage units at this location. Would highly recommend. The owner is very nice and easy to work with. I can visit the location at any time without worrying about codes or gates blocking me in. Just make sure you buy a good lock and you shouldn’t have any problems!
