An Insiders View of Axess Computers I hate to admit this but I actually worked at Axess Computers for a year (It took me that long to figure out his agenda) and would like to reveal his TRUE policies and procedures, which are the reasons why I left. The owner has some issues... I think the owner may have some serious issues. I was there for a speciality adapter and after asking a few questions in an attempt to figure out if what he had was what I needed, he oddly got very angy and ultimately refused to sell me the adapter. Don't waste your time here, they apparently don't want any business. It didn't surprise me to read the other reviews here after my 10 minute experience in the store.

They suck. Very poor customer service. Promise 3 days and take more than 2 weeks. Went in to buuy items in thier advertisement in Computeredge, and the old guy was clueless. Would not honor price in ad, and said he knew nothing of it. They are awful and only sell cheap products, do not go there, spend few bucks more and go somewhere else.
