Kevin My Computer had a virus an i went looking to get it fix. Called Axess Computers, Said bring it in, So i did an was told it would take a day or so an would call me, Next day got a call from the store said it was done. The cost was reasonable a little over a $80.00 dollars. People was very nice, Said if we could help again please let us know.
Fay Burns says World Class Great service on a tight schedule and budget. Yeah - InsiderPages gave me the option to rate this place WorldClass and I will. They stayed late to take our laptop in, fixed it in two and a half days, ordered the part we needed in overnight and I'm back on the road only out about $100 for the fix. Pretty darn good if you ask me. No - actually, WorldClassy
better than the rest am a senior citizen on fixed income. computer would not turn on. took it to a big-box store, said it would cost at least $300 -- too much. called several friends. they recommended AXS computers. took it to AXS, they fixed it for less than $100.
I found out for myself You must be related or the owner? I have a LAN management degree as well as a few certificates in the IT related field. So I know a few things about hardware and software. The truth is these people pass themselves off as being educated in respects to their business when obviously not. The owner even showed interest in hiring me after I let them know of my education. The store's owner has serious issues! I'm very surprised that this guy is still in business! After reading the other reviews, I found many similarities to my experience. I was in the process of building my own computer and had stopped in to see what motherboards he had in stock. What he had wasn't quite what I was looking for and I decided to go elsewhere. The owner immediately began cursing at me as I headed to the door! He definitely has some issues... I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
Axess Computers stands behind their "no return" policy I've had the very same experiences with them, I bought a used motherboard from them to replace one in my own PC that had developed some problems. I was assured that it worked, and it had a note taped to it that said "Tested good." I took them at their word, paid for the motherboard, was told "no returns" but reassured that it worked fine. I got it home, and it was dead. Wouldn't even power up. The only thing they stand behind is their "no returns" policy...
Axess Computers provides the worst customer service. I was rudely hung up on after the person who answered the phone called my husband "Greedy" when I told him we saw a laptop in the paper for $450 and asked how much a used one with the same components would cost me. He wouldn't even give me the answer to my question. This man has some serious mental health problems.
Axess Computers is OK by me. My name is Brian Winsler and I've been a customer of Axess for some time. I needed a backlight for my laptop screen and found exactly what I needed at Axess. Nobody else in town has these things. I just happened to read some of the stuff on this page and thought that the guys at Axess don't really need this kind of crap. Axess Computers is Great I have been doing business with these folks for over 10 years. What I like is they always have what I need at a reasonable price. The other thing I find great is their knowledge of computers. I had 2 pcs fixed there. One took just two days. The other took about a week, but that was because they needed to order a part. They have always treted me great.
