Had a very tumultuous situation with another business which was infringing on my trademark but Robert and his team did everything they could do to negotiate a resolution and it finally happened. It was a long hard year but well worth it to have my business finally free from this other business and their harassment.
Dmitry and the team at Axenfeld are fantastic. They’re professional, friendly and patient. They walked me through the entire process and was extremely accommodating. They’re experienced, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what they needed to do. At the end of the day, the outcome was in our favor. It’s never ideal to have to go through a lawsuit, but if you ever find yourself in one, I’d highly recommend to reach out to them. Looking forward to working with them on other services, just hopefully not another lawsuit :)
