I would give it a zero if they let me and here is why. We went on a Sunday evening. Not busy at all. We asked for a booth. They said about 10 minutes for which I can only assume because all the empty tables were still full of dirty dishes. Then the hostess said we are ready. She takes us to a table. We told her we asked for a both. So we had to wait for her to clear off a booth. The restaurant was filthy. Food and silverware on the floor.
