I have been a patient of Dr. Axelrod's in Toronto for two decades. When my bridge came out the other night I left a message for the Toronto office. I received a call back from Diana at 8:00 am and was offered a same-day appointment in Oshawa. It was worth the drive! Dr. Axelrod saw me right on time, got the bridge back in perfectly and had me back on my way in less than 30 minutes.
I have a very bad anxiety/panic disorder and was not able to have my teeth cared for in almost a decade- they weren't doing well at all. Dr Axelrod and his staff weren't judgemental about the condition of my teeth and were very kind to me which helped my anxiety levels go down. I am very happy I found his office to go to, I definitely recommend.
Sam and his staff are top notch! Always friendly, and very knowledgeable.
Dr. Axelrod has THE BEST approach in everything he does. Explains exactly what he is going to do, how long it will take etc. As someone who has anxiety when it comes to dental work, he puts everything at ease, amazing amazing dentist!
