Let me start out by saying this company deserves more than a 5 star rating. I can’t believe the amount of customer service that was given for their product. Yong gave me his cell number and said call anytime which I put to the test. Yong answered his cell way after hours and even on the weekend to include Sunday. This is by far the best adjustable bed on the market. We have a standard adjustable bed at our house that is OK but we needed an adjustable for our RV and not many companies provide custom fit adjustable beds. Axel Bloom does. First this really helpful guy started helping us with our order. Then he contacted us to ensure everything was perfect with delivery instructions. Having had a sleep number bed, with adjustable bases, in our house, we were surprised to find AxelBloom beds for our Motor home. I reached out to Yong to see about ordering a set for our RV and he was very nice and helpful in giving us suggestions on a set up for us to order. We ordered our beds and within about 2 weeks, Yong let us know that they would be shipping the bed out and we should see it in about a week. Everything arrived as you can see in the picture.
