Had a text from Ryan explaining he wanted to come over the next day to fix my garage door problem ( between the hours of 8am to 4pm basically an all day wait) I promptly messaged back saying I could be home from 12pm onwards, if that was suitable. I received no other communication untill 4.59am the next morning with a text saying thanks for the reply we should still be in your area then and we will give you a call No call No show Bad service bad communication
Really poor communication and a no show. Not recommended
We recently had Axcess Garage Doors help us with a snapped cable for our electronic garage in Rocky. Spoke to Rebecca on phone to explain issue and she was great in getting feedback from her team and providing a quote. Organised work to be done very quickly. Ethan was able to fix the cable issue and was great explaining what he was doing and the problem. Highly recommend these guys. Customer service great and workmanship, including taking the time to explain what was happening was great. Thanks again!
