Difficult to get a new agent after my previous agent retired.
Most incompetent, unprofessional, non-responsive company I've ever dealt with in my life. I've been trying for over 1 month to fix a problem with my account. I've tried calling, emailing, faxing and mailing. Every request gets ignored. Does Equitable (AXA) exist? Did they go bankrupt? Is anyone home? I totally regret ever getting a life insurance policy with these numskulls.
