I'm pleased with the Cadillac, but the salesman Ali and the finance manager, Sam, while professional, were hardly forthcoming; there were $2,000 in hidden fees (including a forced LoJack subscription) which I didn't find about until after I was kept waiting around for five hours. No second fob (not told until you're driving out) and no $400 allowance for you to buy one at a dealership.
