We have bought 5 vehicles from Axautos in the past 5 years. F150 XLT, F250 KR, F350 Limited Diesel, Cadillac CT5, and most recent a Ford Expedition Platinum. Recently I aslo bought 4 cars to add to the fleet for the company I work for.The staff has been responsive and honest to deal with. I would definately refer anyone I know to them. Financing when needed was easy as was obtaining insurance and extended warranties. Abrar and Sam and the team are great.
Bought my first intro supercar from Sam over here at Ax auto. Hands-down the best / Honest person to deal with. Over 1000 miles away and he knew how nervous I was to pull the trigger. He sent me multiple photos and videos of every corner of the car. This is definitely not my last time doing business with them. Exactly what you see online is exactly what you’re gonna get in person.
Here is my experience, hope it helps you: Went in unaware of what a "branded" title is, which is another name for a salvage title. Check the interest rates they give you if financing with them, and if financing independent from the dealership ensure that you can get a loan for a branded title vehicle. Some insurance companies and banks/credit unions will not support you for a branded title. Wow. Branded title is great. I’ve been hunting for this spec and AX Auto had one $12k below market than anyone. Usman was the best. Anyone reading I really recommend they took care of me and I saw them taking care of other customers so I know for sure!! Just because you see that carfax DONT be scared all this was theft recovered at one point. Be smart and come here and save yourself money on buying a used car that loses money anyways. We just picked up our car today!! Patel made the experience exceptionally smooth. We crossed state lines just for this car and Patel was always there to assist us with everything! We will definitely go back to this dealership in the future.
