I had the worst experience at the Armani store. A sales associate initially told us that a jacket was $97 after tax and was a final sale. We asked him to hold it for a while, and when we returned 20 minutes later to purchase it, he was no longer there. Another associate started processing the purchase, but then the manager stepped in and claimed the actual price was $162 before tax and refused to honor the price we were originally given. Worst staff, A store like Armani Exchange should have trained their staff better.
I'm a routine buyer of Armani clothes, shoes and cologne. So on a trip to Texas I went to the Galleria mall to the Armani store and bought a shirt that ended up nit matching up with my sweatsuit. I realized this after my return to my home state in VA. I was told by the mall that I could take it to any Armani store but upon arrival to the outlet store I was told they didnt accept retail returns. Also online would'nt accept retail returns.
