Horribly managed store the guy I suppose who was the manager was too busy on his phone ignoring customers the girls working there had very bad attitude unhelpful unprofessional needs improvement in better management
I went into the store last week and bought a shirt as a gift. My boyfriend didn’t like it, so I came back to return it. I purposely didn’t return it during Black Friday because I knew the mall would be packed. This time, the experience was completely different. No one greeted me when I walked in, unlike last week.
