I had the worst experience at the Armani store. A sales associate initially told us that a jacket was $97 after tax and was a final sale. We asked him to hold it for a while, and when we returned 20 minutes later to purchase it, he was no longer there. Another associate started processing the purchase, but then the manager stepped in and claimed the actual price was $162 before tax and refused to honor the price we were originally given.
