They were a day late responding and nor very cordial. But they did answer my questions.

You never get a personal response you get a generic email calling you dear customer the vehicle is still available , how do you know if you can’t call me or my vehicle by name .

Normally we reply foe the leads using a generic email to inform them that the car still available and what we can offered them . The serious buyer if he interested and informed that the car was still available will contact us in case he had other concern or to schedule a test drive. Most received leads preferring email contact , others the did not put a phone number , others never answer the call . Thats why we did not contact the customer unless we are sure that they are a serious buyer to save our time Any way we are sorry... read more
