So disappointed in their customer service. When I called to request a quote they said there's a long wait list and asked if I'd care to be added. Although it was 3 weeks out before anything could be scheduled I went ahead with being added. 2.5 weeks pass so I made a follow up call to check estimated time frames and she told me most likely next week, which was 2.5 weeks ago. This company is not reliable.
