I contacted Awesome to remove a potential squirrel from **************. They left a trap set with cat food and said to call them if the trap is sprung or after a couple of days to see if a different approach needed to be taken. There was no activity, and I called after a few days and also questioned the bait they were using as cat food didnt seem appropriate for squirrels. They said to give it the weekend and call again Monday. I called again Monday, and they said that theyd send someone out. I also requested that they make ... read more

I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. We were having some technical issues with our phone lines and were not receiving any of our voicemails. As for the other issues we apologize again, being a small business with only three techs it is sometimes difficult to make sure the same tech goes back for pickups or retreats. If there is anything we can do to rectify this let us know. Thank you for your business it was and is greatly appreciated.
