All the ladies are nice. Of course, I wish the nail tech had completed the look that I wanted. But she did not pay attention to the video that I showed her in the beginning, which was an ombre look. Came here Cz they advertised Gel X services & I ended up leaving unhappy & with cuts on my cuticles. I showed the lady an inspo pic prior & she said she could do it. CONSUMER BEWARE
