I've experienced Monique's sound bath and sound healing trainings both at her studio in Shadyside and at Forest & Flowers Retreat. She generously shares her wisdom and depth of experience with outstanding teaching abilities. It's a true gift to be in her presence, receiving, and learning.
Incredible experience. It’s rare to have the opportunity to relax in a meditative state while enjoying a competition level expertise musically in the form of Monique as the instructor on the violin. 10\10 and my wife and I will be back!
