This is the place if you are in need of self care. First I recommend reserving a Yogibo bean bag. When you arrive, Monique has the room all set up for an hour of bliss. Find a yogibo, lay back, tuck yourself in and place the weighted eye mask on top of your eyes. Monique starts with an exquisite violin piece and transitions into the sound bath. I have really enjoyed this experience with friends especially during stressful times or after a long week. I highly recommend for your yourself or with a group of friends.

My close friend introduced me to my first sound bath with Monique over a year ago and I will be forever grateful! It was such a cleansing, healing experience that I keep going back, again and again. The classic sound baths offer a good break to de-stress from my day to day life. Deep Dive, Full Moon and Reiki give me a deeper, more profound healing experience. I also love the seasonal events like Hygge and Mega events because they give all of the benefits of the other sound baths with the opportunity to enjoy the festivititi... read more

Monique Mead is an extraordinary sound healer and teacher. Her deep understanding of music and its impact on the human experience is truly remarkable. As I began my journey into sound healing, Monique’s guidance in playing the sound bowls was invaluable. She not only taught me techniques but also helped me develop a deeper connection to the healing power of sound. What sets Monique apart is her ability to make complex musical concepts accessible through visual cues and intuitive teaching methods. Her passion for music and he... read more

I had a Pre-Celebration for my birthday yesterday evening. It was about 13 of us ladies that attended. It was all of our first time experiencing the Sound Bath Therapy. We are all still discussing how good the experience was. It was so relaxing and comforting❣️ I’m spreading the word to everyone to go and experience. The host was excellent. She made my journey in planning this event at her studio very easy. The atmosphere is so soothing and relaxing. You feel it as soon as you enter the room. Taking that journey gives you a ... read more

Taking the time to enjoy and experience monique's sound bath was a deeply relaxing experience that was definitely worth the drive and will be attending again. I have also attended her level one sound training. I was very happy with the amount of knowledge, tools and skills offered to us. The genuine passion and beauty she creates in her space is truly one of a kind.
