I placed a pretty large order (just shy of $1K) and the communication from the sales person was horrible. I had to initiate all communication for everything (to place my order, design, remote payments, update on delivery, etc.) After all my hard work, I sent my order to the rep I was dealing with and was given a estimated delivery date. My product, which was a gift to my players didn’t show up as expected by my rep so I had nothing to give my players at their team party. My order finally came 16 days later.
