She teaches you about mental health, challenges you to learn how to make better decisions, and always shows compassion. I’d recommend Taylor to anyone needing help!
I started with Taylor a few months ago. I went in for a variety of things; depression, anxiety, and addictions. I’ve had multiple other therapist in the past and Taylor has been by far the most understanding and truly listens to what I discuss with her. She is very well educated and gives advice that WORKS. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist.
